Our Process
- Founders are invited to submit an overview of their business.
- We seek to review the material within a week of submission and engage in further diligence.
- Mentoring is provided to selected startups to help refine and prepare their pitch.
- The top selected submissions are invited to a virtual pitch held periodically via zoom.
- If there is sufficient interest, following the pitch session, the team will form a deal team
- The deal lead works with the company to gather necessary information to make an informed investment decision. Each member makes their own informed decision whether or not to invest in the round. SPVs are formed when deal terms warrant them.
The Pitch Events
CEOs and/or founders are expected to present at our pitch events. Pitch events are held several times a year and are currently virtual (hosted on Zoom). Pitch events usually feature multiple companies with the overall event scheduled to be less than an hour.
